Indicative appraisals
TBN Stacked reports are indicative, desk-based development appraisals prepared automatically from public sources and the information the customer supplied, on the date shown on the report. Public records can be incomplete, out of date or wrong.
A report is not a valuation, a survey, legal, planning, tax or financial advice, or an offer of finance, and finance figures are illustrations of typical terms, not quotes. Nobody should commit to buying, building, lending or advising on the strength of a report alone; verify the figures that matter and take advice from suitably qualified professionals.
